Can I upload my own world or modpack?
Yes! You can upload everything yourself using the dashboard or SFTP access. But keep in mind that your Minecraft versions should be the same. Some versions might not be compatable.
Can I switch versions?
You sure can. Log into the dashboard, click "startup". Here, you can switch both the version of Java and the version of Minecraft.
How can I connect to the server?
After placing your order, you’ll get an email with your server details. Just open Minecraft, join a multiplayer game, enter the IP — and you’re in.
Do I need to cancel my server?
Nope — your server runs for 30 days and automatically stops unless you renew it.
Is my server backed up?
You can make your own backups at any time using the panel. We recommend doing this before big changes.
